TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

Our Refund Policy... Any item damaged or faulty will be offered a replacement, if a replacement can not be provided a credit note will be issued.

All Damages & Faults must be conveyed within 72 hours of delivery.

1) PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out in our shop. 

Pre-order or back-order is placing orders in advance and requires a down payment or Full Payment.

Full Payment may be required on Sold Out or One-Off / Original items.

On pre-order, we give customers a full guarantee of availability of the item Ordered.

1. Deposit* or Full Payment is required - *(Deposit - 20% of item price will be taken)

2. Balance payment is to be paid once item/s have arrived and before shipping. 

3. Estimated Date of Arrival: This varies to each individual piece ordered, Normally for manufactured Items, a date can be set. For artist pieces the date is an estimated date… and is liable to change. Please check at time of order and from time to time thereafter.

4. Cancellation:

  • Pre-Ordered items are considered sold. So are not promoted to other customers.
  • Deposits are non refundable & can not be exchanged for other items. 
  • If you have paid in full and the order is cancelled within 14 days of order, we will refund you, less 20% of item price as an Administration Fee.

 

5. When ordered items have arrived. Buyers have 2 weeks to settle their unpaid balance. Or we have the right to sell the item to other interested buyers. No refund policy applies. 

6. If in case, your ordered item/s do not arrive to us due to the artist or manufatures fault, we will refund any money taken in full. 

7. Orders without any payment made will not be accepted. 

8. All pre-order items are considered SOLD & FINAL: no returns/exchange/ cancellation after payment is made. 

9. For customers who expect immediate delivery of pre-order items and cannot conform with the pre-order timeline, we highly recommend NOT TO PLACE ORDER to avoid frustration and misunderstanding in the future. We would greatly appreciate your kind understanding and consideration in the timeline arrival & delivery.

2) WHAT IS LAYAWAY?

Layaway is a way to purchase an item without paying the entire cost at once. However, as we do this as an in-house situation, the layaway customer does not receive the item until it is completely paid for. 

 

LAY-AWAY PLANS:

  

  • 1 MONTH ( 4 WEEKS TO PAY)-PAYMENT WILL BE WEEKLY : DEPENDING ON THE DATE AGREED.

 

  • 3 MONTHS - Payment will be taken on the same date as item ordered over three payments.

 

  • Longer Layaway can be arranged.

 Card details will be taken at the time of order and automatic Payments will be charged on the dates arranged.

Late or Declined Payments will incur a 10% admin charge.

CANCELLATION of your Layaway plan can be done within 14 days of order, the amounts owed to the customer at this time will be given as a credit note within the store.

If you fail to pay or your card is declined over two consecutive months,your layaway plan and any payments received will be void and invalid, meaning no refund or credit note will be available.
